Management & Leadership Development
The Management & Leadership Development program is a customized group leadership development initiative. Up to 8 participants can be a part of this program.
The individual modules are designed for basic supervisor-level through mid-level leadership. The modules can also be combined to create a leadership development curriculum. We will also deliver the module on a stand-alone basis to address specific needs.
The Management & Leadership Development program is also delivered on-site to larger groups.
The modules range from half-day to two days.
